Delete Your Ummathi Connect Account
Ummathi Connect provides a permanent account-deletion option for registered users.
Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to Ummathi Connect.
- Open your Profile.
- Choose Delete My Account.
- Complete the confirmation and authentication steps shown in the app.
After a valid deletion request is completed, the Ummathi Connect login and personal account data associated with the account are permanently deleted.
If you cannot access the app
You may request account deletion by contacting Ummathi Digital at info@ummathi.com .
Use the subject Ummathi Connect Account Deletion Request and send the request from the email address associated with the account where possible. We may need to verify account ownership before processing a request in order to protect users against unauthorized deletion.
What is deleted
Account deletion removes the user's Ummathi Connect authentication account and private personal account data processed by the account deletion service.
Information that may be retained
Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, transaction and refund records, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, moderation, platform audit history, Masjid or business ownership history, or Scholar service and financial records.
Creating another account later with the same email address does not automatically restore the deleted account, its previous permissions, progress, ownership, or purchased records.
